Vibrational Sound Massage Sound Therapy is a remarkable restorative treatment. Playing Himalayan bowls and other sacred instruments, known for their transformative properties, will promote deep relaxation, a sense of well-being, and a blissful, meditative state. The sound of the bowls’ harmonic overtones and powerful vibrations can affect our bodily systems, specifically the muscular, nervous, and immune systems.
